Rapid Despatch is an independent courier company, established in 2001, providing same day, next day and international courier services across the UK from four branches in Southampton, Reading, Basingstoke and Farnborough. Our Reading branch opened in 2007 and covers Reading, Caversham, Tilehurst, Earley, Woodley, Theale, Winnersh, Wokingham, Bracknell and Henley. Same-day work runs on a dedicated vehicle, driven direct from collection to delivery. We aim to collect within the hour, sometimes in as little as 30 minutes, and never more than 90. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Our same-day line, 0345 8333 833, is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; outside office hours it is for existing customers.

Great Customer Experience

We used Rapid Despatch (Reading branch) to ship some items to Derbyshire. We dealt primarily with Dave. Excellent level of customer service from the first point of contact through to a timely and efficient delivery. We would definitely use again.

Fab courier service

We used Rapid Despatch last month to deliver some much needed goods in the local area and they were fantastic! By far the best courier company we have dealt with - we will be using them again for sure!
