Bad very bad horrible

The baddest service I ever had... When I get into them branch the ladies was outside vaping/smocking and they didn't want to be interrupted from their breaks so she told us they don't cash pay cheques because they don't want, they didn't give me a good reason.... Proper disrespectful for a such of company... If I was the owner of the shop I was going to fire that 2 t***s straight away!!!
