Terrible Experience

1
I came here to have my Samsumg 10 plus phone screen replaced. They offered me 2 options - genuine or fake - I went with genuine and paid £240. Upon picking up my phone and returning home, I realised that the screen was faulty - slow reaction to my finger tapping and the fingerprint did not work at all. Also, the speaker phone stopped working. I called them and made 3 attempts to resolve this issue. I want a refund but they are refusing to offer it to me, they are telling me that they will replace it. They have broken my trust so why would anyone opt for a replacement? I would not recommend this place to anyone!
