Warning: Dishonest Business Practices – Avoid at All Costs

I am writing this review to share a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience with Pick and Save. As a supplier, I provided them with materials in good faith based on agreed-upon terms. However, after receiving the full consignment, Pick and Save failed to clear the payment as promised.

Despite multiple reminders, calls, and follow-ups over several weeks, they have deliberately ignored all communication and have made no effort to resolve the pending dues. Their conduct has not only been evasive but also completely unethical. It is now clear that this was an intentional act of fraud.

What’s worse is their complete lack of accountability. No explanation, no apology—just silence. This kind of behaviour from a business is absolutely unacceptable and poses a serious risk to other vendors, suppliers, or partners who might deal with them in the future.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Indian grocery items.

It was a great homely atmosphere and family friendly place with a lot of offers when it was with the previous owners now no doubt it refurbished not the same, it’s expensive and zero customer service , they are there to make money , my corner Tamil shop at Belmont circle s much cheaper than this Singh guy’s groceries store. Sorry stopped going there.

Many times i have been overcharged and today again they overcharged me for an item which clearly shows on the reciept , very bad expeience again, putting offers on some things then cleverly overcharge on some so instead of saving you are actually paying more.

This is very good so go there every time to get your fruit and veggies
