Unaccountable, uncaring, incapable.

Parcel apparently attempted to be delivered twice, yesterday and today. No card left. Been to Post Office twice, nothing. Online tracking said to call Customer Services to discuss and clarify delivery address. Rang number, no option to speak to anyone, just automated request for redelivery. Website needs code from card to progress an enquiry. Totally stonewalled. Completely useless.

Worst courier out there.

Returned to depot because driver "ran out of time", not once but several times. Last time my parcel was completely ripped open. Waiting for another "redelivery" as we speak.

Very very poor service

We got all our Amazon deliveries arrived but not this item. We are in all day at home and at the specific time of delivery attempt I have not heard anyone ring the bell. Our house is small and we can see anyone from the road passing by so I don't think we will missed it if they rang the bell.

Disgraceful customer service

We run a small local rehab facility helping neuro patients in the cotswolds a parcelforce owner driver wrote off our disabled access ramp in September and they still haven't had the decency to replace it for us, absolutely disgusting customer service, keep getting fobbed off despite previous promises to pay for replacement. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable

Terrible Service, Couriers, and more.

One of the worst delivery companies. Was supposed to be delivered today, 17th August, but instead the van turned up, and the courier didn't even get out the van. Only reason we know of much is because we have a RING doorbell. Genuinely avoid this company, just not on. Sort yourselves out.
