Morrisons

I have been going to this Morrison’s ever since it opened. Staff have always been friendly. Can say I’ve never had a bad experience.

This is a great store, but sadly very poorly organised. The checkout situation is appalling. At 9.30 am this morning 4/12/20 huge numbers of customers were waiting to pay for their goods with just 2 tills open. It took 20 minutes from joining the queue to paying. (This is really bad in this present Covid situation). I bought a promoted joint of beef and when scanned there was no plastic bag to put the moisture dripping joint into, which is a general practice, very unhygienic, wetting other items. Two of the 1 ltrs Almond milk cartons were frozen with crystalized milk rattling inside. There were no trolleys outside the main entrance to the store, having to wait for one to be returned. Customer Service is a joke. Waiting again in a queue whilst others are buying scratch cards and cigarettes. Not being able to be attended to for inacuracies with till mistakes. Many aspects of this experience is the norm here. The staff generally need some training in customer relations and good manners.

Fillet steak in Morrisons Caerphilly is the best you can buy. If I can't buy it instore I will not buy it elsewhere

I used to like this store but recently the shelves are always empty no matter what time of day it is, they have some good offers on but have never got the products in stock that are on offer so its pointless. I have been there a few times over the last 3 weeks to get bread and all the shelves were empty and this was in the afternoon,I have never known a supermarket to have so many items out of stock. Whoever is running this store obviously doesn't have a clue what the customers want.
