We are experienced in working with architects, builders and client/homeowners to produce designs that are cost-effective and practical. Our services range from initial discussions to determine the feasibility of a project, through to the final design including the production of calculations & drawings.

As professionals we generally expect to visit the site for any structural alterations, or for creating new openings for extensions. A site visit is usually essential as it enables the professional engineer to make an assessment of the existing building and establish how the walls and floors are supported. If a builder has been appointed we will liaise with them so that proposed structural members suit their methods of working.

We will work with the architect and/or builder to produce the sizes for all the structural elements including, beams, walls and foundations.

We understand that construction work can be expensive and will seek to provide you with a cost-effective service.
