…party.Everything was in place, we received confirmation of arrangements the morning the day before the party.Then, with less than 24hrs notice we were contacted by txt message to tell us our booking was cancelled!To not even get a phone call was completely inappropriate. We rang and asked what was going on.They said the driver had called in sick. We pushed them to find a solution, they reluctantly rang round other drivers.They came back to us saying a new driver could do a 1hr time slot(we booked 2hrs)and that they would arrive at 1pm(we had booked for 2pm!)They basically treated us like they were doing us a favour!I We would have to change the arrangements for our party with less than 24hrs notice!! We reluctantly agreed(we had no other option)but asked how the price would be adjusted for the change in time and length of booking.We were told they will make no changes at all!Couldn’t believe it!Wouldn’t want anyone else thinking they can rely on this company.
