1Dear Customer If I remember you are the person who wanted to order another design after placing order with us so wanted money back. Claimed Issues without any evidence being provided. Also refused to return faulty items back for inspection and wanted to make have another design made. Please note that personalised items are made on order and it is not possible to change designs after one design is made on your request. You apologized for your act via etsy too. It is good to leave honest feedback but wrong feedback is not acceptable. A feedback should not be used to get money back.
