Mapledurham Developments Ltd

We are an independent family owned business with it’s origins dating back some three and a half decades.

The company was first incorporated in 2006 and is run by Director and founder Stuart Collins.

We offer clients undertaking residential building, renovation or alteration work a fully project managed solution along with all other complementary services. Our sincere and passionate individuals are all experts in their field and thus are key to achieving our stated goal of “getting it right first time with quality to match”.

The majority of our business is now generated by word of mouth such is the reputation we have built up since starting out on our journey all those years ago.

Project management is key to the success of any project, large or small and indeed is an aspect more often than not overlooked by clients more focused on the final outcome with little understanding of the time and expertise required to manage a successful project or indeed knowledge of the process between inception and completion.

Management costs are generally small in relation to the overall project budget. However, the potential saving in terms of budget both direct and indirect and avoidance of unnecessary delays of site works can be significant.

With our extensive knowledge of the industry and it’s expansive array of regulations and numerous potential pit-falls, we offer peace of mind that should you retain our services on your project it will be run efficiently and economically by a dedicated project manager. To that effect our services can be tailored to your specific requirements and we offer several options.

Services we offer :

1. Design and Build

2. Management only of your accepted tender

3. Management and supply of labour and materials for your accepted tender
