K C Sofas

I would take a second look at going with this company. We ordered a sofa bed at the doncaster branch. The lady instore was lovely and she did sell it to us. The rest of the experience was not great. The matress was filthy and the bedframe was all damaged. We then had a replacement sent and it was stood in our kitchen for over 2 weeks before the engineer arrived to fix it, they also advised us to leave the bedframe for the scrapman outside. The new bed frame arrived just in as bad as condition as the first one. The excuse i was given was it comes from a different warehouse and we dont check it before it arrives to you. They also said its cosmetic. They then wanted to send us a third one out which we declined after enough stresss. Very disappointing experience. This is what you get for £1639.00 of your money. Maybe shop around.

I chose to visit KC Sofas out of curiosity because of the amount of people I have heard raving about them. On visiting their Doncaster showroom I was incredibly impressed with their huge selection of made to order products on show. There was no hard sell just a very friendly environment to browse in. The staff there were so helpful and directed me through the many options available. Their range of Sofas on show is second to non with prices that are the fairest I have come across. Quality, price and service can not be faulted. I eventually ordered a dakota corner which was delivered by two very efficient delivery men who were so attentive and made sure my sofa was exactly where I wanted it. From start to finish the whole experience has been fantastic and I would recommend to anybody giving this company a try.

Just had my sofa delivered which I purchased from KC Sofa’s Doncaster.
From walking into the showroom, to the sofa being delivered, the service was first class. Both Andrea and Steve are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of our questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was very relaxed with no pressure. We are extremely impressed with the quality of our sofa and our experience purchasing from KC Sofa’s was outstanding throughout.

Really nice buying experience. Friendly staff but no hassle at all and left us to browse. Picked a sofa with a short delivery time and was delivered in a couple of weeks as promised, really happy with it and well worth a visit.

5 months for delivery for starters.
KC took delivery of goods at least 2 weeks before contacting me to arrange delivery. When delivery finally arranged, after 3 calls to pursue, I took an afternoon off work for delivery slot of 3-6.
Was then called to advise they were late…but ANYONE could take delivery…didn’t have to be me! I had to leave so arranged someone to take delivery. On return I found that the chair didn’t fit and settee had different legs.
The office was closed at that point so spoke to them the following morning..Apparently they are arranging to replace the leg (still waiting), but asked them to arrange return of the chair because it didn’t fit (per T&C..totally accept it is my responsibility to ensure it fits but T&C state it can be returned subject to 25% reduction if it doesn’t). I was told it was too late as I accepted delivery, but he would enquire with the manufacturer. Nothing heard since.
Terrible experience and no customer service for a spend of over £3k.
