We are a small family business who operate from our base on the Essex/Suffolk border. We provide our customers with a wide range of services offering a very fast response time.

We deal with a wide variety of customers both domestic and commercial, including local authority and local housing association. It is not our wish to be the biggest company in the area but it is our wish to be the one which offers customers a service they remember.

Eastern Counties Pest Control has been trading now since 2000, we are a small family business with two technicians on the road covering Essex & Suffolk and Caroline in the office taking the calls.

Our aim has always been to offer our customers a fast and friendly service at sensible prices with the added bonus of not charging VAT.

We carry out both commercial and domestic pest control, working with lots of well known local company's, we have many loyal domestic customers to which we are always very grateful !!

We take pride in our work which is reflected in ourselves and our vehicles.

We know that there are a lot of good pest control company's to choose from when needed, which is why we try extra hard when you call us.

Our vans are both unmarked and we are discreet at all times, we deal with all the common pests so if you have a problem or just want some advice please give us a call.

An excellent firm to deal with. From the initial phone call to the conclusion of the problem it was very impressive. A prompt visit followed the initial phone call and the operative who dealt with the problem was efficient, friendly and informative throughout the process and got the job done. I would recommend Eastern Counties Pest Control to anyone.

Would definitely recommend this company. They provided a friendly, efficient, effective and honest service at a reasonable cost. They came the next day to take a look at our cunning pest in the loft, which they instantly confirmed was a squirrel and advised that we had previously had bats too! They gave good sound advice and humanely caught our grey squirrel and hopefully identified the hole in our roof for repair. Wasted two months of calls with local council who would not visit unless I could state whether it was a rat or a squirrel!?! Terry, thanks again for your assistance

What a 5 star company & service, why can't more companies be like this. Prompt service to remove wasps at a reasonable price & carried out in a very professional manner. Have no trouble in recommending this company. The note pad was also a very useful touch, many thanks Terry.

First Class Professional Service

Purposely chose a local firm and have no hesitation in recommending. Quick response to initial email, kept in daily friendly contact for revisits and within a few days had efficiently caught and removed family of squirrels from our loft with appropriate equipment. Offered alternative methods of dealing with the problem and was more than happy to go with our request to follow as humane a route as possible. We were also very happy with the reasonable final cost as I couldn't have tackled it.
