Professional, efficient, reliable, personable staff, did what they said they’d do and delivered on time, good communication throughout

Very poor customer experience

Very poor customer service. Ordered item then seller changed his listing once I queried his delivery options as was not in original listing and wanted me to collect. Prices went up as you ordered more but he claimed it was free delivery - clearly not - this actually breaks consumer laws. Wanted me to cancel the order then pay more, no apology just an excuse. Very rude aggressive attitude from a man to a lady (in her 50’s). Not a good way to run a business at all.
