​I worked here for nearly five years, and the harassment continues to this day, including slurs shouted from company vans and property damage.
​Key Issues:
​Bullying & Exploitation: After reporting a theft, I faced physical hitting, severe bullying, and constant homophobic abuse. Management regularly shouts at staff and forces unpaid overtime, calling me early and home late, unpaid!
​Drug Use & Reckless Driving: Staff routinely drive company vans under the influence, speed excessively (56 mph in a 30 zone), drive uninsured, and overload vehicles woth children 4 in a three seat van on weekend.
​Hazardous Waste Violations: Management ordered staff to dump asbestos into open skips wrapped only in basic black bags, exposing workers to danger.
​Hexan operates with total disregard for labor laws, safety, and basic decency. Save yourself the harassment and look elsewhere.
