Hampton Hounds

If I could give six stars I would! Thiago and his team work wonders on my ( very nervous) rescue dog. She adores them. I can’t get her to walk down the road to the shop but Thiago came out today to meet us, gently took the lead, and she wandered off very happily with him - like magic! Excellent friendly and professional service. She always comes out looking and smelling beautiful. Look no further!

I don't normally write reviews but the service we get at Hampton Hounds has prompted me to! Our Pomeranian has been going here since we brought him home four and a half years ago. Ziggy gets so excited to see Thiago so I know he is well taken care while there. We have also had Thiago and his family look after him whilst we are on vacation. We get videos and photos so we can see what they are up to and can see Zigs is having the time of his life at "summer camp". Highly recommend for both grooming and boarding.

Picked my Labrador Millie up from Hampton Hounds after a weeks boarding. She was very happy and I could tell she had been very well looked after. She always goes to them when we go away and I never worry because she is in such good hands. Thaigo and his team are so kind and really go the extra mile. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

Excellent service, just back from a beach holiday in Cornwall my big baby full of sand and salt and needed a wash & shampoo they managed to fit him in first thing, that’s what I call respecting your customers, thanks guys and see you soon

I have taken my two dogs to Hampton Hounds for over five years. Both dogs were very young when they were first home- boarded with Thiago Jones and his lovely family. They have frequent grooms every two months and I have always been happy with how they look afterwards. The team do an excellent job.
When you first meet Thiago, it becomes very clear how natural he is with animals. My two dogs absolutely adore him and make excited noises whenever they visit the shop or when they are taken to his home for boarding. Thiago will give you daily updates on how they are doing. He will send photographs and short video clips.
I highly recommend Hampton Hounds and their friendly team. I never have to worry when on my holiday as I know the dogs are well cared for and they will be having a holiday of their own.
