.Rubbish service

Tried to call Exeter store. Was put through to call centre and asked for BMW2 series soft top wind deflector. Could not understand the lady and she was not sure what I wanted. After saying that they did not stock them she said she would look, and immediately said no. This was all within seconds. This is a rubbish service and your call centre need to get customer service training. Will never waste my time again with such a poor business

Don't Waste your time !!!!

Indian call centre, could hardly understand the person who answered the call and when I asked If the Exeter store had a copy of the Highway Code for sale she had no idea what I was talking about, The operator then said she would contact the store to find out, after a long delay an announcement asked for a review and then cut me off, absolute rubbish. If this is Halfords at it's "best" they need to close down and go out of business!
