Few rude staff

Reception lady that was always nice but when it comes to the late hours giving dirty look and being very rude. Very unprofessional act from the staff, I politely asked for a member of staff who wanted to wish me happy birthday but all I got is attitude even though she knows me very well.
Apart from that there is an amazing security guy with a beard and a few nice people working on the tables and at the bar. The rest are letting the place down by a huge margin. Very disappointing.

best place for work

I've been working at this casino for three years (as a dealer) and the reviews here are not fair and have nothing to do with the reality. Staff do not enjoy players loses (the staff dont care if players lose as they are not working on comission bases and the only way to make money from players is when they win - tip), management is super kind and supportive. I can still tell this was the best place i was working. Staff is kind and trying their best.

I have visited this Casino fairly regularly, possibly up to two days a week. I have always found most of the staff very friendly. Occasionally they will make an error (we are all human), but they will rectify and often get a camera check done. If you are honest with them they ay honest and helpful to you. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. One fault could be that sometimes punters stretch over and make those sitting at the table a bit uncomfortable. I think a word from the staff would help

Worst Dealer/Staff experience

Hi All,

This is my First online review, I visit this casino usually 5 days a week and I know this for close to 2 years. Recently I had a worst experience and I have been shocked with their staff behaviour. A staff did not pay out for my bets and when I asked about that he was mad at me and after that he also refused to take my bets and said invalid bets if I win. Later he even started celebrating when I loose money with vengeance. From then on I stopped going to that casino. Their staff need to understand that customers pay their wages and how to be behave with customers. I could seriously recommend this casino is not good with these kind of staff. There are some good staff in the casino as well but these kind of sick people does the damage to casino
