Frequency is a mobile fitness company offering wellness solutions based on EMS (Electromuscular stimulation). We have fully qualified and licenced EMS peronal trainers at hand to provided 121 sessions in a location of your convenience.

Sessions consist of just 20mins of intense body weight exercises twice a week, each 20 mins equivalating to 2 hours in the gym.

We are the only company in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire region to provide mobile EMS solutions and we pride ourselves on our outstanding results and professionalism

If you are looking to lose weight, reduce back pain, increase strength and stability, support an existing rehab programme or simply shake up yourwellness and fitness regime then give us a call!!
