I DO NOT RECOMMEND
After five years of using this company I will never use this company again my scooter went into their workshop to diagnose a electrical fault my scooter was in their workshop a week they broke a part of the steering column and did not inform me they did replace the circuit breaker and didn't charge me for it which is something I guess and they joy-rode my scooter around Exeter.

They stated my scooter is dead and no longer operative when my scooter is NOT dead and now is in full working order again.

In future I will be using somebody else

Lynn worked miracles getting my Twion wheels repaired so quickly

I bought my new Twion wheels from here, despite living in Norfolk & received superb service.
When contacting them regarding a fault with these wheels, Lynn, from the service department worked miracles. With previous providers, my old wheels have taken 10 months to be repaired, leaving me virtually housebound without them. This time, my wheels returned to me in record time.

We have bought several mobility aids from the Centre over the last few weeks as my wife is about to have a hip operation. The aids that we have purchased are of a very good quality and reasonably priced. The staff could not be more helpful and I can’t recommend them too highly.

I am very pleased with the mobility scooter that I bought from Exeter Disability Centre. They made sure that it was the right one for me (I have muscular dystrophy) and it was a sensible price.
