The online food hygiene courses have been designed to comply with the legal requirements for the food industry to provide hygiene training for staff employed within the food industry.

The Eversley Training website is run by Kevin James M.R.S.P.H. Kevin is a Member of the "Royal Society Of Public Health". He was previously a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health for over thirty years. He has extensive experience working within the food industry both as an enforcement officer and approved food safety trainer.

The ODLQC is the UK guardian of quality in open and distance learning. Originally set up by the Government in 1968.

It's useful to get the certificate, not lo learn

I completed the Level 3 Food and Hygiene Certificate.
The online course is basic and lacks several specific details, especially about allergens.
The final quiz has 28 simple questions, and you pass by getting 65% correct answers.
It's useful for those who just want to get the certificate, but less useful for those who really want to learn.
The cost is £32.40 (£27+VAT).
