Devizes Hypnotherapy

I have always been deeply interested in the human mind and the powerful effect our thoughts can have on our emotions and behaviours. After working in both the mental and public health fields, I qualified in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I am also a qualified practitioner in easibirthing – the use of hypnosis for childbirth.

Another special interest of mine is working with dental/needle phobias and associated dental problems. I worked in the field of dentistry for 9 years and have experienced first-hand how debilitating this type of phobia can be. My current office is situated in a dental practice which specialises in helping anxious patients. I have the use of a non-clinical room so those clients with dental phobias can feel comfortable and at ease.

I follow a multidisciplinary approach called Hypno-Psychotherapy. This means that I have been trained in many different psychotherapeutic techniques. The main advantage of this is that I can offer a truly individualised therapy to each client, depending upon their needs and wishes.
