Excellent customer service

Very easy to book. Craig is very good and has brilliant customer service. Our event has not happened yet, but Coolblu have been very helpful and accommodating in sourcing potential date changes due to the global crisis.

I hope this level of service continues when our event takes place as I would be very happy.

Based on current involvement and conversations I would highly recommend Coolblu.

Great service and very accommodating

I've booked Coolblu to provide some thrones for our wedding, which was meant to be this September but due to the lockdown etc we have moved it to May next year. The process of changing the date was so easy...a quick message and it was done straight away. So friendly and helpful and can't wait to see the thrones in the venue... They are gonna look awesome! High recommend
