10 years ago, with over 30 years of experience in the world of adjustability, the founders of Comfomatic decided it was time to launch a company that was dedicated to delivering a better quality of life for its customers. In short, a company that put its customers first.

Comformatic service second to none!

I have just purchased a special bed and chair from Comfomatic and I am delighted with them. Your experienced rep, Richard Johnson did a great good-humoured job in presenting them to me and the two delivery men were polite, professional and practical. I really appreciated the full low-down on how to get the best out of the two items, What impressed me most, however, was your efficiency in receiving the order for the items and delivering them ONE day later...Thanks, too, for agreeing to take away my old single bed and lounge armchair--very much appreciated! Disgusting company

Do not buy from this company. Quick to take my elderly mother’s money and deliver it. The mattress was too soft and she wrote to them within the 14 days to cancel. They confirmed in writing contract cancelled and whenever someone was ‘delivery back in Scotland’ they would collect. It’s been almost two months and this bed is still sitting and she hasn’t been refunded. Any time she calls customer service she gets promised a call back. She’s been sleeping in the spare room waiting for this bed to get collected and her money back. Disgusting company.

Improved sleep 😴

My husband and I have been suffering with interrupted sleep for years. We wake tired and with aches from a restless night

We read up on comfomatic and decided to look into their products.
We had a rep into the house and he explained everything and answered every question. At no times was he pushy or did we feel pressured

We saw the purchase as an investment for our health

Wow 🤩 we were so right
We now sleep soundly and for longer.
The mattress itself is so very comfortable and with the adjustable bed we can each sleep to our own position of comfort

A few days after our delivery we got a phone call from a guy named Mike.
He asked us he we were happy with the bed and had our whole experience been good. He was genuinely interested
