Alarm call out repair.

Called them for an alarm repair, took all my details, name, phone number, address, email, etc.
Said they'd call back shortly with an appointment, heard nothing from them. Two days later they were called again, explained that i'd already called before, they then checked and said that i was booked for the following Tuesday, i explained that I was never informed about an appointment but said i would accepted the booking. I took the day off as they said they would be attending between 12 pm and 5 pm, I waited all day for the engineer to turn up, yes you've guessed it, never turned up, no phone calls, no messages, no nothing. and they wanted £144.00 call out to which I agreed.
Very disappointed with their customer service.
Avoid them.
