An impressive service in an exceptional period.

Funeral on 27th March, within the new restrictions. Excellent service, kept in the picture at all times with the coronavirus impacts. Professional and compassionate, really efficient and organised, first class attention to detail. The Funeral Director Hannah was brilliant. We also used Nick the funeral celebrant who was great. Everything worked as planned despite the last minute enforced changes. you can't say better than that.

Terrible

Terrible after service the actual burial service went of fine . But we were told between 6 to 8 months for the head stone to be engraved and the ground to settle . In fact it was seventeen months before the headstone went back up no communication about what was going on . It all caused arguments within the family. But they couldn’t give a toss.
Trust me save yourself extra grief go somewhere else . Mr Steven Crooks

Excellent Service

Excellent service from the Co-op in Bath. Everything was done with respect and dignity. My wishes were always met and any questions/requests answered promptly and helpfully. The behaviour at the Funeral and Crematorium was impeccable and faultless. I would recommend this organisation to everybody.

Compassionate, Supportive and Caring Service.

Our experience of the Co Op Funeral team in Bath has been outstanding. Unfortunately we have had to use their services twice in the last 10months. On both occasions they went out of their way to be caring and supportive through out the whole sad experience.
We can highly recommend them to be compassionate and efficient with all the arrangements.
