At The Clockmaker's Workshop we are well equipped to handle anything from a basic service to a full overhaul or restoration to most types of clock.

Antique Clocks are a thing of beauty and often a good investment. They are a machine required to operate 24/7 month after month and year after year. Like all machinery they need regular maintenance if they are to continue telling the time and striking and chiming alike. It is nothing to be proud of if you can boast that your clock has been running for years without attention-it is likely wearing out !

With 42 years experience in repairing and restoring clocks and having been apprentice trained we can accommodate most repairs-often including the replacement of missing or broken parts and worn out, missing or broken gears .With most old clocks very little is available in the way of parts i.e main springs etc-everything else has to be made from raw materials using the traditional methods of craftsman of long ago.
