Poor communication, Poor Service!

Been waiting over three weeks for workwear. No calls no care and still my order hasn’t been fulfilled. As a local sole trader I like to support similar businesses where possible. This will be the last time I use Andy Blair’s! It’s as if they don’t care!

Been calling since 9.00am this morning and the phone have been busy and it is now 1.00pm its a joke. I know they are busy with kids going back but get some extra staff. NOT HAPPY

Brilliant Speedy Service

Went in this morning to replace lost school items and the service was absolutely amazing. Gave the boss man and young girl the sizes told them what I needed and they gathered all the items together, along with other items costing even lesser than there retail price.

Had to order a cardigans in but I got a text to say it was ready to pick up around 4 that same day.
10/10 for service and value cheaper than
Coventry City Centres Cat Balou.
One Very Happy Parent!!
