My 8-year-old came down with a throat infection over the Christmas holidays, so we visited our family GP. We saw the doctor at 5:35 pm on Friday, January 2nd, and by 5:50 pm Carters had received the request for antibiotics. I called to ask if they could dispense the medication and let them know I’d collect it before their 6 pm closing. The staff were incredible, keeping the doors open until I arrived. While most businesses would be winding down for the day, the team at Carters went above and beyond to process the request, and I can’t thank them enough.

I have always had very good service from this pharmacy which has a large range and are competitively priced. Today, however, I received outstanding service from Caroline. She was an absolutely charming and helpful. I don’t normally write reviews, but such was the service that I encountered today, I was compelled to. Thank you Caroline for putting a smile on my face!

There is delivery service, so valuable in these troubled times, and a collect pop-in for prompt and calm, reliable service.
As my GP surgery is linked to Carters, prescriptions are ready quickly and safely. Everything is double checked!

Even when a prescribed medication is 'unavailable' , Mr Patel will go that extra mile to offer a substitute, using his expert pharmacutical knowledge to source a match in correct dosage, content and outcome.
