The style of therapy we offer is 'Solution Focused Hypnotherapy'. We are registered members of all the main associations and governing bodies who seek to support and regulate this discipline, and are bound by their strict codes of ethical conduct.

'Solution Focused Hypnotherapy' concentrates on the solutions rather than dwelling on problems. It uses 'Positive Psychotherapy' and an understanding of how the brain works, applying clinically proven psycho-therapeutic techniques and 'Hypnosis' to help people make significant positive changes to their lives within relatively short period of time.
