Took my old desktop in as it was running really slow. Thery checked it over for me and advised it was quite outdated and would be better to replace. They showed me a couple of refurbished desktops and I bought one at a good price. Works really well. Great service and would certainly recommend.

I ordered a mouse from Bee Computers. When it arrived it was clearly second hand (scratched and dirty). When I complained they told me thet it was obvious that it was refurbished from the price (despite being less than a pound cheaper than other websites) and then changed the description on their website to "refurbished".
To get a refund they are insisting that I pay the return costs even though this is a significant proportion of the original cost...

RRP is £19.99 new, you paid £8.99 for a refurbished unit, that is very clean as your pictures showed, apart from a surface scratch item works perfectly, you expected to keep the item for free and not return, unfortunately we are not a charity, after cost of item , isting cost, VAT, and postage our profit is 50p, to pay for your postage return when you have read description wrong, is our loss
