Bedtime need to understand that problems happen, customers accept that. All customers want is good service. Had I received communications for the delay or an apology rather than rudeness, I would have walked away a happy customer. Avoid unless you want to waste your time being spoken to with disrespect and rudeness. Personally, I’d suggest you try an alternative independent.
