For the last 20 years I have supported all aspects of computer related issues, including email and internet access, advice, tuition, repairs, and upgrades, mostly as home visits.

The business started almost as a hobby, (in the days of windows 3.1) but very quickly realised there were a lot of people out there who were struggling with the ever changing world of computers and who needed help, with both hardware and software related issues.

I currently serve mostly Frome, Radstock and surrounding villages but wish to expand this.

Most of my work these days revolves around internet and email challenges, transfer of data to upgraded equipment, speeding up slowing computers and quite a lot of tuition and advice.

Nearly all my work is via home visits and I am able to solve most issues in 1-2 hours,costing £25/hour.

I can usually visit within a day or two, sometimes on the same day and evenings are not a problem.
