First Class service from Ample Security!

Consistently first class service! Thanks to Les yesterday for talking us through disabling the inside bell until engineer Andy came today to install a new battery and check all was up and running. Andy arrived on schedule and just like Les yesterday, took time to talk through a couple of questions and never once tried to talk us into upgrading our system. Thanks Ample Security, good job!

Had to call Ample out during the weekend. Polite, helpful and supportive answers - just what you need when you think you have an emergency and have visitors to entertain. I can't praise them enough for their efficiency, their maintenance of my alarm system and most of all, for giving me peace of mind. What a change from my previous alarm service company.

My alarm system had been playing up and the display was demanding that I get an "engineer reset". We were due to go on holiday so I found Ample Security Systems on Yell.com and called them because they were local business and not just a call centre for a myriad of anonymous companies. The person who answered the phone was very helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. She promised I would get a call within 30 minutes. True to their word Ample called me back and engineer Lee seemed determined to fix the problem over the phone and avoid any expense on my part. Having tried a few reset codes which did not solve the problem he then talked me through me through a procedure which involved disconnecting and reconnecting the main control panel. Although it all sounded scary, I followed his instructions step by step and he gave me blind confidence that he know exactly what he was doing! Sure enough we're back up and running and I have happily booked for Ample to come and service the system.
