I Invited Paul to explore whether some walls in my house are load bearing or not. Paul was very professional and I felt he is the one who wants to make the revovantion :) Had a lot of patience to answer all of my questions, and I'm sure I'll use his services again in the future.

Structural Property Survey.

Commissioned a structural report on a property in Oxford. This was completed on schedule with a written report received very quickly a few hours after Paul Mills the structural engineer visited the property. A well written report with good photograph to accompany. A really impressive service at z very fair price. Mr Mills is highly recommended on the basis of this work for me.

Many thanks for your kind review. A good example of the fact that even the most helpful and experienced builders do not always appreciate the range of structural issues that can effect buildings and seeking professional advice can often save time and money.
