Excellent plastering/damp proofing

Steve has done a few jobs for us. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and produces work to a high standard. Firstly, Steve did some damp proofing for us. As we were very happy with the work, we have had him back to do some plastering which has also turned out great. We would feel very confident recommending Steve for any plastering/damp proofing/rendering work and we will be having him back again.

Appalling customer service

I had an appointment booked 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday morning, I had plans on the evening and as i work full time i can only get weekend appointments. I was informed after waiting for 10 minutes that the lady had 'slept in' and i was therefore unable to have my appointment. I was given no apology and quite frankly a rude and unprofessional service all round. I was offered a new time at the end of the day but as I had arranged childcare for the specific time i had booked i was unable to attend. I will not be recommending Sirens to anybody and will ensure i inform people of their unprofessional manner.

Broken boiler, the plumber ordered a wrong part was left without heating or hot water for a week (i'm still waiting so it could be longer!!!) Also have a child under 5 - British Gas would have this sorted within 24 hours. Unfriendly service - would not recommend to anyone.

i checked our records on this the customer has an old boiler we ordered part from supplier which took 3 days to arrive returned to customer to fit part, part wasn't right returned to supplier who then informed us that their was 5 different types for that boiler and they dont stock any, re ordered new part returned to fit as soon as part arrived, through out the customer was kept informed of the situation and once the part hit the store we rearranged our schedule to go straight out and fit the new part for her
we were just as annoyed as the customer at this error,
however when ordering parts from a supplier after giving the GCno and serial number of the appliance you expect to receive the right part the fault actually lies with the supplier who ordered from distributer
