Absolutely fantastic physio clinic! I got a same day appointment and my back pain was eased straight away! Would definitely recommend and would t go anywhere else now!

Really good Physio practice, I got an appointment the same day, the guy was really good and honest, he told me what was wrong and how to put it right, I didn't feel pressured to come back but would definitely use them again.

Raads is well known in South Shields for it's restaurant food at takeaway prices. The food at this place is amazing, I always go there or phone a takeaway in, as the food really is restaurant standard! The pizzas and all the house specials are by far the best iv tasted in england!
