Placed an order in February and was told the item was not in stock but I was happy to wait. Told in April that the coving was now in stock but they couldn’t give any date for delivery as they very rarely come to my part of the country (not clear on the website). Asked for a refund which they took almost a week to process and 14 days later I’m still waiting for my money which they’ve had since February. Apparently it takes up up to 21 days to issue a refund, never had that from any other supplier? Not had any sort of apology at any any stage, would avoid if you can.
