Excellent service from Pat and his team. Came on time and sorted out my fridge freezer for an excellent price, polite, knowledgable, could not ask for more. Good showroom on Burnley Road East for new appliances as well! Spot on.

Booked the week before to move us 9:30 am on Friday May 26th from Waterfoot to Lumb. Anthony rang us Thursday night, asked to delay till 11:30. Rang at 11 to say would be 2-ish. Rang again at 2 to suggest we got someone else! All our stuff in boxes, ready to go, unbelievable! We tried to find alternative and couldn't. He turned up 4:45 with 2 mates, in a smallish van. Moved us in 3 trips, finished 7pm, stuff thrown around, total disregard for anything. They broke many things including things of sentimental value. I have now been trying for 4 weeks to get some financial recompense with no joy, he won't answer calls now. Have e-mailed pictures of damages, asked for address and he would only give e-mail (got it now!). Have asked for insurance details, not sure he has any cover as he keeps saying he will sort out our losses personally but then nothing happens again. We are in our 60's, took ages to re-assemble furniture and sort out the mess. Charge was £350, expected much better!
