I was able to organise the visit via text which to me is very important, I had a breakdown years ago and I am unable to talk on the phone, I also have physical disabilities and was lost without the internet. They came this morning , a day and a half after I contacted them, I was happy to only have a short wait, the engineer said he would arrive early this morning and he came at the allotted time. He had the problem fixed in five minutes and explained exactly what had caused the fault. His work was clean and efficient and I won’t hesitate to use them again
