I contracted CMB building services to build my over garage extension and ground floor renovation. Initially most work was carried out well however nearer to the end of the project when 90% of the money has been paid on time to Constantine his guys stopped showing up. The 10 week project ran over time and now 40 weeks in the work is not complete. Constantine is not picking up calls or fixing the issues.

Constantine told me he had building control inspect the work however after speaking to building control this has not taken place and walls and floors will have to been torn apart to inspect the beams and structure.

We have a roof that is leaking into our 1 year old child's bedroom after it was damaged by the extension work (room is directly above the new roof valley constructed for the extension).

The balcony construction has not completed and the brickwork is very poor, falling apart and structurally unsound.
