I visited shop to purchase a battery. Staff were very helpful. The battery was a good price too
I visited on a Saturday, so shop staff were being kept quite busy, so it is probably best to stop by rather than phone if it is possible. Maybe weekdays are a little less hectic and you can get through on the phone easier.
