It looked as if my PC was terminal, it had developed a case of the dreaded "blue screen of death" and everything had been wiped out, photos, emails, letters, documents etc. etc. However within an hour of calling Shan at Hayes Computer Repair Service he had collected my sick PC and whisked it off for a spell in his Intensive Care Unit! 24 hours later it was returned to me in full working order with virtually everything I had lost, back where it should be!
