Fantastic postpartum fitness classes!

Once I got the GP’s sign off, the first class I booked was The Body People’s Postnatal Pilates. My daughter is now 8 months old and I have been regularly attending all the baby classes!

Chloe is a fantastic instructor and so friendly! She has created a safe environment for mums to work out while being able to bring baby. There is a sense of community as soon as you step through the door.

During lockdowns, having her class in my diary, gave me something to look forward to at a time when no one was making plans. It also meant my baby was able to get out the house, see people, see babies and for us to enjoy a class together (highly recommend baby massage and yoga!)

My absolute favourite class is Mums fitness! A class focused on mum but my little one loves to watch! I often have negative postpartum body thoughts but with each week I do this class, I feel amazing and more positive about myself.
