Don’t go here if you value your pets life. I’ve been with this practice years. Since the pandemic and the two guys that ran it resigned it’s a shambles. My elderly cat was left without medication and suffered. It’s not worth the risk go elsewhere. Sadly I had to arrange home euthanasia for our cat who never recovered well from being left without blood pressure pills for two weeks because they just couldn’t be bothered. No one answered the phone for 3 weeks.

The service is excellent. I had Chris who really knew his stuff and got my stairlift going I’m so happy with the service. The main thing about this company is their charge. Yes a one off charge no matter how long it takes. And it’s 24/7. This is so reassuring. The service was professional and came on time to the appointment. If I was elderly or calling for my parents etc. I’d not hesitate to chose this company. No other company could help or come at such short notice. I got my batteries changed at the same time and my stairlift is working better than ever. Thanks so much. Highly recommended. Especially in an emergency.
