Asked for a quote for secondary glazing. A gentleman came to the house to measure up. As soon as he walked through the door he rudely said I've been here before (2.5 years ago), I'm not going to measure up because that'll take me half hour and we need 50% deposit before we do that. 1. Why come to our property as requested if you aren't going to provide a proper quote as requested. 2. Why be rude to a potential customer therefore lose a sale and any recommendation thereafter. 3. We have the money to spend, why lose the business with apalling salesmanship. We spent €10k+ on windows and doors 2.5 years ago with different company precisely because of exactly the same rudeness and the very same experience (obviously we are silly asking this company to quote again and not remembering lol). It's hard to believe the good reviews you read when this trader has such a poor business model. 2 other companies have provided a quote no problem

We are disappointed to read your comments & apologise for any miscommunication between Mr Wright & your husband, we take our business very seriously & try to provide a professional service. Records show you emailed on Nov 12, we responded immediately & after receiving manufacturer costings provided a quote via email on 14 Nov. As a result a home visit was booked for Nov 27 but rearranged to 30 Nov at your request. Mr Wright called at the set time met your husband recalling having visited the property previously. Following an inspection of the window was happy the quote didn't require any amendment (all quotes are subject to a visual check). Your husband asked if survey sizes would be taken however we take survey measurements and deposits upon order placement & your husband said you were waiting on further quotes. Please be assured our reviews are genuine, we can only apologise that you & your husband have felt under valued on this occasion, this could not be further from the truth.

We received a very friendly and very professional service. Worked non-stop from early morning until the evening. Quality of workmanship excellent. Lovely people who explained all the work they carried out and gave full instructions on our new boiler. They made sure we were happy once the job was complete. Would recommend to everyone.
