What Quayside Personal Training gives me is a personal trainer that is firm but fair, makes sure I push myself - but safely. I don't have to think about what exercises I should do, how many reps or for how long, I just turn up and Lorraine has a plan all mapped out - I never get bored. With my job I find it hard to make plans - things can change quite quickly but Lorraine is very flexible and can accommodate my schedule changes. Over the past 6 months, my fitness level has increased, my strength and stability have improved. Lorraine keeps an eye on my technique, making sure I exercise correctly to maximum effort and I'm seeing the benefits every day.
