Jamie ( and his brother) were absolute stars throughout the installation of my log burner, I’m in love with it!! . He went out of his way to make sure I was happy . He provided great communication and advice through the process , and the attention to detail was superb. Dell was very knowledgeable and helpful, quote was very reasonable and quick. He gave advice on what to buy and where to order from which made it easy. Once I had bought the flooring Dell fitted me in at short notice and the job was completed much quicker than expected. He was friendly and easy to deal with and very tidy too. Would recommend highly
