Worst dry clener ever

The worst service ever. Feather down jacket was spoiled. And they where trying to tell me that i bring it spoiled. But thing is that we cheked it with claning men before I gave it to him.
White stains on it. Jacket looks half empty... sleeves half empty and back is half without feather.
Cleaningwas done twice. They hold jacket for a week... and nothing...
Absolutely frustrated and disappointed.
Not recommending at all.
