remarkably bad
How can a Company call themselves remarkable when they are so bad, held in a queue whatever time we called and as this is a premium number to date we have spent in excess of £20 in phone calls.
they don't respond to emails they are a complete shambles.
have wrote to the finance director of our Council to complain and suggest they should stop dealing with them
