I’ve been visiting Charlotte at Holistic Healing Sheffield for almost 2 years now. I initially went because of a shoulder injury and Charlotte really helped to ease my pain and loosen the ‘knots’ in my muscles over a number of weeks & months. The massages help me relax and soothe my aches and pains. I often fall asleep mid massage! I’ve also had waxing, reflexology, facials & pedicures with Charlotte who is a lovely person, very professional and amazing at her job! Today I visited with sciatic pain and after a thorough treatment I feel so much better. Charlotte also gives tips on stretches and other activities that could help at home.
